Welded wire mesh and industrially prefabricated reinforcing steel elements are the most economic form of reinforcement. Since inventing welded wire mesh in 1929, we have constantly improved and perfected economic and technical possibilities of industrially prefabricated reinforcement.
We have been able to advance product standardisation, to improve common technical standards of design mesh ("Listenmatten") and to develop our range of products continuously by means of modern automatic manufacturing equipment, adapted production processes as well as extensive technical measures.



 WELDED WIRE MESH - OUR SPECIALTY FOR MORE THAN 80 YEARS

Welded wire mesh are industrially prefabricated reinforcements from crossing bars which are welded through shear-resistant spot welding.
Material and surface are regulated by standards or licences.
Depending on quality requirements, manufacturing type and intended design, as well as delivery time and availability, we are able to offer three different systems of welded wire mesh:

 2D REINFORCING ELEMENTS – MORE PROFITABILITY ON THE BUILDING SITE

2D reinforcing elements are the logical and consistent development of welded wire mesh. They are used as uniaxial reinforcements in plane load-bearing structures aiming to optimize laying work. Standardized 2D elements are available in the form of secondary reinforcement.
Within the bounds of our production facilities and according to the agreements with us our customers can develop their own design elements as uniaxial reinforcing elements following structural and constructional aspects, by arrangement with us.

 3D REINFORCING ELEMENTS - PROVED TO BE EVEN MORE EFFECTIVE

The significance of 3D reinforcing elements is increasing constantly, as individual requirements of modern building projects are very different and associated reinforcement tasks include a high level of complexity. Industrially prefabricated reinforcing elements often enable customised, punctual and economic supply of complex reinforcement.

 SUPPORTERS - SECURE SUPPORT FOR YOUR REINFORCEMENT

There are various systems of supporting elements in order to support the upper reinforcement or to secure the distance between reinforcing layers (e.g., in reinforced concrete walls).
The choice of the system depends on purpose of use, constructive details of the reinforcement, weight limit during the process of construction, environmental conditions (corrosion prevention) as well as required heights of support.
The standardized elements are certified according to the DBV code of practice, consequently they fulfil all the requirements of DIN 1045-1*.

 REINFORCING STEEL AND WIRE - MAKE MORE OUT OF THEM

We offer reinforcing steel and wire in coils or bars. Depending on the characteristics of the material and delivery form you distinguish between reinforcing steel in coils (hot-rolled or cold-rolled), reinforcing steel in bars (hot-rolled) and reinforcing wire in coils and bars (cold-rolled: either plain or profiled surface, as required).

 LATTICE GIRDERS – IDEAL OCCUPATION FOR LOAD-BEARING COMPONENTS

Lattice girders are industrially prefabricated reinforcing elements according to licensing. They are manufactured from plain, profiled or ribbed steel in accordance with DIN 488* and consist of a top bar (OG), diagonals (Diag) and bottom bar (UG). The individual elements are connected through resistance spot welding. Depending on the requirements and intention of use we are able to offer various systems.
The bars of our lattice girders can be produced as required either with ductility A (= normally ductile) or ductility B (= highly ductile).
